idk what the relationship between Dooku and Windu was when they were jedi, but the sync energy between Kenobi and Skywalker by RotS was pretty damn good. That alone is enough to unbalance team 2 imo.
Otherwise it's a grueling and long fight with Dooku contending with Anakin for a while and Kenobi lasting just as long, if not longer, against Windu with his Soresu advantage. I can't see Windu breaking Kenobi's defenses without the aid of Vaapad dark-energy and Dooku can stalemate non-Zonakin. Dooku would probably be the first to go after tiring from Anakin's battering; Windu would follow next being the 50-some year old man he is with his ferocious form vs Kenobi's energy-efficient Soresu.
So team 1 for a slight majority.

If it's Windu vs. Anakin and Obi vs. Dooku, Dooku will dispose of Obi faster than Anakin can beat Windu. If it's Windu vs. Obi and Dooku vs. Anakin, the fight becomes tighter, but Windu may dispose of Obi faster than Anakin beats Dooku.

There is nothing in the cancer of Dark Disciple to suggest that Anakin and Dooku were equal in pure technical skill. I skimmed through and this all I could find:
""You two go on!" called Anakin. He dodged a strike from Dooku's red lightsaber that whizzed past the top of his head and brought his own blade up for a counterstrike. "I'll take care of him!"
Anakin just reappears later suggesting that they did stalemate but there is nothing to reinforce the claim that Anakin was more skilled unless you're pulling it out of your ass.
Let's look at Stover's novel.
"Dooku felt himself blanch. Where had this come from? Skywalker came on, mechanically inexorable, impossibly powerful, a destroyer droid with a lightsaber: each step a blow and each blow a step....he could not meet Skywalker strength-to-strength—not only did the boy wield tremendous reserves of Force energy, but his sheer physical power was astonishing—"
Dooku struggles with Skywalker's physical strength and force power not a skill advantage.
"The shining blue lightsaber whirled and spat and every overhand chop crashed against Dooku's defense with the unstoppable power of a meteor strike; the Sith Lord spent lavishly of his reserve of the Force merely to meet these attacks without being cut in half, and Skywalker— Skywalker was getting stronger."
