IMO, Wildcat wouldn't do well against Cap or Iron Fist at all. Those two are skilles enough to never take a hit from him.
While Leaper is close enough to their level to make them work at it. He's really only beneath them by a hairs width, but that's more then enough to dominate the cosplayer.

at heart batroc is....not terribly courageous. ted can take beatings up there with punisher for certain, if not even better damage soak. he's stalemated batman a couple times, and beaten quite a few powerful characters including vixen at one point. his record is actually pretty incredible if you go back and take a look at some of his feats. batroc can push guys like cap at times (often times cap doesn't take him very seriously though....) but if cap decided not to hold back he'd end batroc pretty quickly most times. ted NEVER holds back. batroc would dance and get some shots in, but ted would tank them pretty easily and lay batroc out. i really don't see this being very close tbh. /shrug

i intentionally didn't bring up grundy because, well, it's grundy. but yeah, he's got some chops and he's pretty underrated by most.
