I haven't seen Blood Wars but from what I recall in the trailer, she got a massive powerup that gave her superspeed.
She seems to be on a higher level at this point. Without naming someone on Superman or Apocalypse level.
Who from Street tier to Low meta would be a good match for Selene?

Blade would die. She's already 1,000, making her incredibly strong for a normal vampire. Then she's got her Corvinus straing upgrade making her a Hybrid. And she gets an upgrade from the Nordic vampires in Blood Wars and can now move around at teleporting speeds as a vapor trail or something. Plus she's strong enough to destroy an ice shelf by kicking a lycan into it. Not to mention her previous strength feats throughout the movies.
At this point she's faster than Frost, and stronger than Nomak or Drake. Plus she's far more skilled than any of them. One or two hits will break leave him unable to fight.
Also as a hybrid, she's immune to all his weapons as daylight nor silver do anything.
Hellboy could probably do it. He's majorly outclassed in speed, but he's got everything else. Sticking with Vampires, Vlad from Dracula: Untold could get her too.

No he doesn't. She's stronger by a good margin based on her 5 movies to his 2. She's far more skilled. She's too fast for him to even hit at this point, and would heal or outright tank any of his weapons if she allowed herself to get shot.
Untold Dracula could definitely take her out though.
Eh, I'm with you on the speed but I don't think she's stronger, and her damage soak looked pretty shit in BW. Marius essentially beat her to death with little to no effort.

I can name strength feats from all 7 movies. She has more and hers are better aside from an outlier or two of his. And many of his strength feats are only striking feats via RHoD.
Marius was also a Lycan-Lycan-Vampire Hybrid at the time, making him basically Michael Corvin+. Also also, you're not taking into account her upgrade which happened after Marius beat her the first time.
I know her feats for the most part, I'm a fan of the UW series. I still think her damage soak was weak enough that Red could catch her a few times and she'd start to wear down, where as Red can take metric butt tons of damage, keep coming and eventually get that KO shot.
