Honestly, Grifter TK "nova's" and everyone on T2 with the exception of Wolverine (who will regen) dies. Then it's just Wolverine vs T1 and I don't see him pulling a win there.

To be fair, Marvel vs. Marvel and DC vs. DC fights have often happened (sometimes many times) in comics, so the level of speculation and discussion is lacking in those.

Well...arguably the Marvel guys used here are the pinnacle in skill (barring people like Stick or Ogun or whatever).
DC guys are the same.
So does this not fit nicely into carvers thread about martial artists? Especially given the fact he, the OP of that thread, can't think of a way for Marvel to win here...
Sure, there are outliers on DCs side like Grifter.
But Iron Fist has destroyed helicarriers and nuke trains etc.
