Probably still Bucky, but I have little doubt that Gamora can hold her own. And I wouldn't put it past the writers to have intended for Gamora to be above the super soldiers (via in-universe logic and scaling).

Watching the first and second GOTG you realize that most characters dont seem like they are super strong because mostly everyone in MCU cosmic space would have super strength on earth. So characters dont stand out as much even though they are super strong and would be above people on earth.

He's a good fighter. But Gamora and Nebula were trained by Thanos and are known throughout the entire galaxy as 2 of the most deadly women in it.

Plus that gun feat and holding Drax makes her stupidly strong. Strong enough to bat Bucky around H2h.

Strength didn't help her against Bucky even in comics, where she's supposed to be on par with IM str lv.
