Both have some serious powerhouses, (potentially), but I think the outcome will depend on how many weakspots each team has. In all-out combat, i say the LoD team has more "softies".

Legion of Doom used their NEW Pants to steal all of Zemos stuff then defect back to the LoD. The Pants have pockets to hold all their loot.
