Drax takes this because he's significantly more durable and has a better accelerated Healing factor than what Cage has.

Drax's body is an artificially made one possessed by the spirit of Arthur Douglas.

He can survive the rigorous in the Vacuum of space, and Powerful blows/Energy attacks etc*.

*although it's not listed how powerful, and Cage's list his as Surviving a fall from a 90 story skyscraper.

The "official" power ratings from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe (2008) List Cage as a "5" for durability and Drax as a "7", meaning Cage is Bullet proof and Drax is functionally Indestructible.

And Drax is apparently once again in the possession of the Power Stone, so it's an even bigger stomp.

it's honestly baffling to me that he thinks that outdated biographies are a more honest metric than actual feats.......

He still didn't manage to touch him and since Drax has been taken out on more than one occasion by less than Nova prime.....
