I don't think there is a legitimate way for Cheetah to beat CHulk. Sure, she can the ability to peirce him and she is most likely much faster. But it's only a matter of time before Chulk makes contact. Once that happens, it's smashing time

There are (too) many versions of Cheetah and three (afaik) versions of Chulk - regular, "WWH" and depowered/current.
I guess Chulk should win, unless Cheetah can use the Speedforce or "infect" him with her curse.
