Yeah maybe he could teleport drop him from a high distance, but that's even very doubtful to significantly injure BP. Plus BP would likely ko him if he tried to grab BP for a teleport.

I'd lean towards T'Challa more often than not. I have my doubts about Kurt figuring out how to get the helmet off before T'Challa can put those claws to use.
Wait... Standard gear means latest suit from the last two films, I'm assuming (so, nanite suit). And unless Kurt knows that the suit spawns from the necklace beforehand, I don't see him just figuring it out in time. And his H2H hits will just charge up the kinetic pulse.

Kurt wasn't necessarily known as a smart person during the film.. Kurt's blows wont even hurt the suit so after several blows, T'Challa unleashes the suits power and then KO's Kurt.
