I'd go for Diana here. Daisy needs more feats before she can be matched against someone like Wonder Woman. She only has one feat while amped so far. And while it is a really good feat, it's not enough to give us an overall picture of her current level.

I always end up saying that, and then who i think would win in character (Diana in this case), and thats not what you really want to hear.
This will depend mostly on Diana's speed. If she's fast enough to keep Daisy from landing solid blows on her then she'll eventually able to close the distance and take Daisy out. All she really needs is one good swing with her sword and Quake's done.
However if Daisy does get a direct hit in, then it shouldn't be too hard for her to keep WW off her feet with repeated blasts and eventually pummel her till she's out.
