After consulting HP and Syndicate, it's obvious that Plagueis wasn't referring to Kun's personal power here, but in fact his Massassi's ability to build Temples. This is undoubtedly correct.

Lmao. I never said that. Syn did. I merely pointed out Plagueis was astounded by Sadow's power cause of his Sith Meditation Sphere not because Sadow was genuinely powerful.
