at best he beats them

at worst he detonate and wipes out the universe along with a-wave

wait hold on do we count weaponized Galactus and T & A?

It probably ends with Monarch blowing up and taking out the Annihilation wave. You could argue that Monarch with his best feats could take on Annihilus, the brainwashed Heralds, the Brides, Dione and the Searchers by himself� But if you add Tenebrus, Aegis and the Galactus Gun he'd be overpowered eventually. Also the Wave has proven to be able to dish good damage that could matter if Monarch is distracted.

Most likely a double KO.

I'd see Monarch gets occupied with Tenebrous Aegis and Galactus gun

while the brigade takes on the rest

it really comes down to if Monarch win or lose

I see the Captain Atom brigade as being heavily slowed down by the Annihilation Wave drones to be effective.

Is current Monarch depowered compared to the version he assumed vs SBP? Or is this Monarch after absorbing the Captain Atoms + the unabsorbed Captain Atoms.

The Galactus engine would be the biggest threat. It was killing Celestials left and right and mistreating the shit out of Galactus.
