Weakest character who can tank Starkiller base?
Simple thread
The character has to be able to stand still and withstand the fully charged blast of Starkiller base?
Who can withstand it based on feats?
Bonus: the character has to survive the blast of Starkiller Base and the Death Star

There's a difference between "tanking" a blast and "withstanding" it.
Mr. Immortal, for example, can withstand the blast, but he cannot tank it.
