I really don't see how they can even significantly hurt eachother tbh. Maybe a thunderclap or chokeout?
Or Fantastic can maybe make a catapult like thing with himself and bfr her? Otherwise Shulkie should outlast him fairly easily assuming there is no gadgets around or whatnot
