Actually.....
To me, Orion and Majestic have the best skills. Equalising stats gives the fight to them, assuming no other powers are in play.
With other powers, the AF is no joke,but neither is BB.

majestic and orion are just better everywhere, there are levels to this
equalizing stats does make this fight more even

Are all powers in play? As in, Orion can use the Astro Force and Black Bolt can scream?
If stats are equalized up instead of down, it can be argued that Black Bolt's voice can be dodged/outran, too.

Let's have two scenarios: 1) stats equalized with Black Bolt, and 2) stats equalized with Majestic, as he is likely the fastest.

I'd go with Orion in both -- though Black Bolt might take 1, depending on how well the Astro Force and Motherbox helps Orion with the scream.
