Mr. Fantastic vs. Monet

Can Mr. Fantastic stretch his mind into a telepath’s trap and have his body act on it. So that when she probes the trap springs and his body defeats her?

Monet is, sadly, not the most accomplished telepath, buuuuuuuut it's probably enough here. She did get compared to Rachel recently, for what it's worth. Her powers are supposed to grow over time so maybe that is getting touched on. Monet could probably put Reed to sleep or something.

Sidenote: Xavier partially mindwiped Reed a little bit ago, because Reed was being a dick.

That was a good scene.

Fyi, punching Reed works just fine on average. He's no Plastic Man.

I don't think Mr. Fantastic can even physically hurt her.

Maybe if Monet needs to breathe, he could suffocate her once getting a hold of her, but it'd take a while. And during that time, Monet could be using her telepathy or strength to take him out... so I don't like his odds.

Plus the fact that she can fly circles around him makes it harder for him to even make contact.

Without prep, I just don't see how Mr. Fantastic can down someone as durable as Monet.

Well Mr. Fantastic can imagine a scenario and mold himself to make it happen so that even without prep he can win. The telepathy is dangerous I admit.
