The implication seemed to be that The Hands were peers of Perpetua -- essentially the role that Perpetua would have filled if she hadn't gone rogue. DK also seemed pretty confident that he could wipe them all out.

At one point DK stated that if he and Dianna continued fighting, the Hands would become stronger than them(I'm assuming this is due to DK expending valuable energy against Dianna, and therefore becoming weaker.) However, DK repeatedly stated [multiple times] that if he and Dianna ceased fighting then and there, he would kill The Hands, and create an "eden" for her.

So I took that as: DK(full power) > The Hands > DK(energy depleted as a result of a continued battle with Dianna.)

...Unless I'm not remembering something?

Mentioned this in another thread, but I'm assuming he'll be the "greater threat" The Hands warned Dianna of just before the reboot.

Entirely possible this iteration of Darkseid will prove to be > DK. Not a fan at all.

Yeah. The scan says he's final if something is final how can something be after that? If something is the end how can something come after that? I think Darkseid's claiming he's the limit and nothing excedes him directly.
