You're giving Bi-Han a win in h2h over Blade? Have you watched the Blade Trilogy? He is Sub-Zero's physical superior in every stat category, by like a lot.
And Sub-Zero's ice will cause him some trouble, but unlike Jax, Blade will shoot him from far away and freezing a gun barrel because you're already holding it before someone pulls the trigger, and freezing a bullet in flight are different things. And if he decides to turn it into a sword vs ice sword fight...Blade's just a better and faster swordsman than him.
That's a bit of a No-Limits Fallacy. Not only is Blade far stronger than anyone in any of the MK movies, but you act like Scorpion was frozen the entire fight. It was mainly them fighting, with Sub-Zero using his ice here and there. More likely Blade shatters any attempt to freeze him in place, then Bi-Han gets bodied.
Also his ice moves incredibly slow unless he's throwing it or dropping hailstones.

It's not a no limit fallacy, because we already saw him do it. Scorpion only escaped that because he has fire powers. No sure why you think Blade is immune to freezing. He has no feats to suggest that. Also, Bi-Han showed that he can freeze people just by touching them.
Cole's armor ate big shots from Goro, who is strong enough to overpower a pickup truck, but it couldn't do the same against Sub-Zero. I see no reason why Bi-Han wouldn't be able to hurt Blade in H2H.
Scorpion broke his hand free of the ice before he even summoned his flames, showing the ice is brittle enough that a certain level of strength can destroy it. Just like when Sub-Zero threw Scorpion threw his ice wall, or when he destroyed his ice clone. It's ice, not solid metal. So even if Blade gets caught with that slow moving ice patch, he can muscle his way out before too much freeze happens. But he has to get caught first, which will be hard considering how much slower than him Bi-Han is. And it's not a go-to move either as he did it once out of desperation. And even though he can freeze on touch, it's a slow process, which Blade being stronger than him can easily break his way out of.
But you seem to think the first round Sub-Zero is allowed his ice. First round is h2h/melee only meaning fists, feet, and possibly swords. Second round Sub-Zero gets his ice, but Blade gets guns, his glaiive, etc... So Bi-Han is at a huge disadvantage in every physical category in the first round, and has to deal with Blade unloading the full clip on him in the second. And unlike Frost, he's not a bullet timer.
As for why he cant' hurt Blade in h2h, if Blade can fight guys like Nomak and Drake for extended amounts of time, and take all the massive blows they dished out, then Sub-Zero hits like a normal person in comparison.

Agreed here, Arachnid. Guys like Cap, WS, US Agent, and armorless T'Challa types all have strength on Sub-Zero, but Bi-Han has cyromancy along with more durability (especially piercing and slashing durability). Thus, Sub-Zero is a great matchup for a traditional MCU-esque super soldier/enhanced type of character.
However, Blade has not only super soldier+ level strength, but also is faster, more skilled in martial arts, has guns for round 2, and is more durable by an expansive catalog of more feats.
