See, the problem with Cheetah is the same as with the rest of DC speedsters.

Either we live in a fantasy forum world, where they solo everyone in the first picosecond of each match... or we remember the comics we grew up reading, where they slip on a banana and get beaten worse than Jarvis got beat when Zemo sicced Hyde on him.

Can Killer Frost exist in a mist form or be immune to telepathy? Anything like that? Even post-Emma Iceman was very susceptible to all kinds of mind tricks.
