Firestorm with black lantern ring invades Marvel earth

Firestorm has all of his feats( Except Elemental Firestorm) and wields a black lantern ring that keeps resurrecting him. Basically Deathstorm but has all feats of Firestorm
Marvel Earth have no knowledge about him and he appears at earth's south pole. Firestorm determined to wipe out all life in Marvel earth
How many can Firestorm kill before he is stopped?

unless bfr is allowed

I don't see anyone in marvel putting Deathstorm down, how are they gonna sever the black lantern ring?

deathstorm would literally be transmuting people into salt, marvel earth would be a salty world once firestorm is done with them

I was thinking maybe they can pull some magic shenanigan to incapacitate black lantern ring.

Initally I didnt consider bfr is an option but if this scenario is too favoring Deathstorm then bfr is allowed

It would be interesting to see how an energy being would do against DS.

Doesnt Firestorm have a limitation that prevents his power affecting organics ?? Or has that changed.

The Starbrand may be able to stand against him.

If it is limited to earth and no cosmics are involved, I think the magic users would have to get to him. At the very least bfr to another dimension far from Marvel or Limbo or something should get rid of him.

If no BFR then the high-end magic users may still be able to mess with him, prevent him from reforming or trap him in timestop.

Probably Jean would say "SLEEP!" or telekinetically block his powers or connection to the ring or something and the rest of the Krakoa dudes then vaporize him. Or Wakanda just happens to have something that shuts down his powers because vibranium.

Wasn't magic near useless vs the Black Ring? The only thing that worked was the White Light of Creation (or mimicking it somehow). By the time Marvel Earth figures that out, he'd lay waste to most of it.

And yes, I agree with Stoic, Starbrand would be a problem (as would Franklin Richards).

It's not really that FS can't transmute organics... It's moreso that it was a touchy operation that could be catastrophic if he got it wrong.

That said, Jason could/did transmute organics:

As could/did Deathstorm:

So yeah, it should be in play here.
