Apocalypse could win via BFR, same way that Gladiator won. Aside from that, I don't see Apocalypse actually hurting Juggernaut, since he has no telepathy.

At the time of that thread I think he basically barely had telepathy, but it was always sort of a question mark.

I've been curious to go back and read Apoc more carefully through Hickman and post Hickman because my impression is that they're treating him more like a true TP now but I can't point you to a specific showing as proof. Maybe one of these other nerds has it on hand.
