I'd say someone like an elite green lantern or daxamite has a good chance

With prep he has a much much much better chance, not gonna lie. In a straight up fight, no prep, his only hope is BFR to Limbo (which he did against Zauriel).

But he still has a chance.

How would he deal with TP on Jeans level with a dash of TK, or the crazy weather that Storm can generate? Depending on which version of Rogue this is, she can mess him up without even touching him unless she somehow lost that ability?
