Therefore EVERY appearance Mxy has made(be it Golden Age, Silver Age, Elseworlds, DCAU, inter-company crossovers, etc. etc.) are ALL canon to him as a character.

Then you have Mxy himself(and Bat-Mite) killing-off multiple iterations of Spectre during WF... Which tracks perfectly with the above showings.
