 Question Rogue War

Spiderman, Batman, and Flash capture their rogues, and instead of turning them over to the police, they force them to fight each other to the death for their amusement.

They get three days to prepare but only their nomal equipment. They will fight in an empty ten square mile section of city. The sides start out equal distances from each other. Also, I know I gave Batman's a few more than the others but since his guys don't seem to be as powerful as the other two, so I gave him so brains to help out in the prep time.
