I assume that you are new.
The Phoenix is on Galactus' level, and the Dark Phoenix slightly above.
Silver Surfer is but a small limited fraction of Galactus' infinite power.
Thor is a god, but Surfer would take him down, due to that the power cosmic is above the magical power of the runes.

No astner he said Classic versions don't you think he means Jean Grey without the Phoenix (she had that name without the Phoenix force too) If that is the case then She goes down really quick and then I would give a edge to SS, mainly because Classic Thor didn't seem that impressive, but hey none did
