i've tried to balance the teams without duplicating members (other than cap of course)
i think Ultimate Cap is tougher than regular Cap, but which team would win?

I'm tempted to go with Ultimates due to Thor, but the rest suck.
Gonna go with Avengers.

i gave the avengers a strong mix because of the thor imbalance........ but the ultimates got quicksilver too........... he can be very useful
