apparently, Vin was busy doing the 'blockbuster' family action-adventure for Disney... The Pacifier and couldn't be bothered with the follow-up to the crap-happy slop that was the original xXx
can't say that Vin made a bad choice, even given the crap-fest that is The Pacifier
