Who is the strongest Chi user?

So, the use of Chi/Ki/Qui is, I think, fairly rare in comics compared to magic, physical strength, and psionic abilities. I'm just wondering who you people think is the strongest/most versatile user of chi in both Marvel and DC.

EDIT: the idea for this thread came to ind because Iron Fist and Temugin are the only two I can think of in Marvel off of the top of my head, and I don't know of anyone in DC that uses chi.
