ROTS Obi-Wan is a lot more hardcore than people give him credit for. He has been on the front line of the clone wars for several years, and he's had more battle time than Mace or Yoda. A lot of people speculate Obi-Wan might be able to take Yoda

True, ROTS Obi-Wan is right up there with Yoda and Mace as some of the most powerful Jedi Masters of their time. Anyways, about the battle. I would have to say Yoda and Mace, simply because ROTS Obi-Wan IMO is the only Jedi out of the six who could possibly light a candle to Yoda or Mace.
