Interesting, Miracleman is really a kind of techno Captain Marvel after Moores rewriting. Before Gladiator or supes had telekinesis as the basis of there strength. Alan Moore had done this with miracleman. When Miracleman fought he fought a man who had killed thousands of Londoners and piled there bodies in the Thames, as well as other atrocities. He is about the same power level however he has Qys and Warpsmith technology. Techwise the warpsmiths are masters of space and time, the Qys are masters of Identity. It is an impossible one to call as Supes apart from in Kingdom Come inhabits a children's world like most of Marvel and DC. Miracleman inhabits an adults World with killing fields of children's skulls.
