Who would win? Both have superb skills in martial arts. Oh yea, im talking about hand to hand combat. No weapons or etc.

Turtles.
They're quite a bit stronger and tougher than a human.
Couple this with skill on par with NIghtwing and you've got enough to take him down.

The ninjas are trained pretty damned well and they are mutated Turtles with physical advantages. I don't feel the turtles are all equal though

They're not all equal, no.
I think Leo is the best fighter, followed by Raph, then Mikey, then Don.
I think they're all good enough to beat a human one on one though.
