Thanos runs the Marvel Universe Gauntlet. He gets 12 hours of rest time in between each fight, but doesnt know who his next opponent is. All he knows is who is his last opponent. On the last 4 he has the power gem. On the last 2, he still has the power gem, but also has any other 2 gems of his choice. For everyone other than the last 4, he has nothing. And although everyone on this list thats below 22 doesnt seem that powerful, they are all extremely enraged, while everyone above 23 isnt.

So how far does Thanos get in this Gauntlet? Does he complete it?
Thanos may win or lose. Thanos would have Power for the last 4 matches, making him stronger than his opponents can possibly become. The power gem gives the bearer limitless power, and allows him to manipulate all power including his opponents'. Judging by his knowledge of the gems, for the last 2 fights he would take Soul, seeing as how he feels it is the only gem worthy of being called a Soul Gem in the Thanos Quest, and most likely Reality, seeing as he felt that the only way he could be defeated during the Thanos Quest was if The Collector discovered the potential of the Reality Gem. Thanos would take Tyrant with sheer force, and then steal Galactus's essence with the Soul Gem and use the Reality Gem to prevent the universe from ceasing to exist from the death of Galactus. However, this is all untrue if Thanos's subconscious desire to fail arises again, at which point he loses.
Thanos is going to rape them all into nothing. He gets the power gem, then another TWO gems for the last two. My god, this is going to be nothing short of a massacre. The power gem grants him infinite power, to which he can use the reality gem to.. guess what? Warp reality. Give him another gem and he'll be like "ooooo... Galactus treats!"
