Nah, The AO has hardly any power now, he gave it all to Strange when he died, basically giving Strange his inner magic that equals gods.
All he ever could do was guide Strange, usually morally.

If we give Ancient One what he had before Strange, and then let Strange still have what he has, then Team Strange wins.
Ancient One=Strange>Nabu=Fate
Both have the exact power of their masters, even experience and all.
