My list plus reasons

1. HK-47 - Do you need one? He's a droid he kills people and he's funny
2. Obi Wan Kenobi - Ninja Kenobi, he was great in the PT and the OT overall he rocks
3. Jolee - Funny old bastard, smart too I like him
4. Vader - The best bad guy ever or one of the best, whats not to like?
5. Yoda - Smart small and green, loved him especially in OT
6. Kreia - Brilliant, Smart, a great mentor if you ask me
7. Revan - Great military mind, great fighter, great force user, nice life story
8. Dooku - He has standards
9. Exar Kun - Jedi gone bad and how... He rocks
10. Malak - I like him for some reason, I don't know why but I just do
11. Ulic Qel Droma - An idiot but I like his life story
12. Canderous Ordo - Listen to what he talks about, its what I like about him.
13. Master Vrook - He complains he whines, but I have a feeling he cares
14. Bastila - Whiny *****, but after playing Kotor a few times I grew fond of her.

1) Darth Sidious -- Main villain of the PT and mastermind. HATE ROTS version.

2) Count Dooku -- Secondary villain of the PT and dueling GOD. HATE ROTS version.

3) Kreia -- Could've been Sidious's wife. Ugh...I'd hate to see that possible maritial dispute.

3) Grand Admiral Thrawn -- Nearly brought the Empire back to life and to victory. In an odd sense of irony, only a last minute betrayal stopped him.

4) Darth Bane -- Revolutionized the Sith Order and made it survive.

5) Darth Revan -- Think of Thrawn...but with Force powers.

6) Master Yoda

I haven't read to much of the EU stuff, with KOTOR you get to know your characters better, it would be the same if you said top 15 pc game characters, I would mix in nearly all RPG chars, if only for the fact I get to know them and their quirks.
