Classic Thor without a doubt. Hyperion is totally inexperienced on the battlefield. He has little to no fighting skills, what makes him dangerous are his powers but look what happened in Supreme Power when he faced someone else who had superhuman strength and nigh invulnerability. He got showed up for the most part. From what we've seen of both of them Classic Thor is more powerful and a far better fighter. The only area Hyperion seems to have Thor beat is durability, however Thor has the abilities to overcome that.
