hmmm...if you really wanna get deep into origin like in the 1940's TV show of batman, or the 60's one with adam west, i'd have to say that just like them, batman begins would probably have bruce create a crime lab for investigating evidence n fingerprints and what not.....idunno..........................just a thought
I'd say he'll prolly get proper flooring done, and prolly a whole surveillance system where he can view the whole Manor thru hidden cams all around the place. Prolly something like the 89 Batman movie's Batcave.

I think the new Batcave could have atleast a computer of some soughts, flooring and as someone else said a survelance system that would look pretty sweet.
Oh a maybe a decent stand for the Bat Suit
1. Better lighting
2. The typical super computer station
3. A section full of a couple different batsuits
4. A laboratory
5. Batmobile in some sort of a designated area
6. Secret entrances
7. Better flooring
8. Security system
Can't think of much else that wouldn't seem implausible.
In Batman Begins they should have everything come together. In the second one everything should have everything together and have Batman solve a case. In the third one they should end it.
