If Flash Can Move 1 Trillion Times Faster Than The Speed Of Light
Years ago someone calculated one of flash feat.
A feat where he evacuated a city of 1 million people (one by one)
After A Nuclear Bomb was detonated to save those people from the blast.
The math equation said he had to be moving Atleast 1 Trillion Times Faster Than Light.
Is this the fastest speed feat in comics?

The comic said he was moving at just under the speed of light during that feat.

Speed is a rate. Time is a dimension.

Lol ok, put it this way.
Speed = distance/time.
By running perpendicular to time, it means the Glimmer was simultaneously at the start AND at the end of his journey.
You cannot beat that.

Flash can time travel too.
I think he's looking for a quantifiable feat.

Tell that to the comic, becasue it told us how fast the Flash was going.

If you want quantifiable:
Distance from Mars to Pluto (approx): 5.685 million km.
In a nanosecond, that's a speed of 5.685 x 10^21 metres/second.
Or 1.89631 x 10^13 times the speed of light.

Actually that's wrong. We don't know how many nanoseconds he was traveling before mentioning ANOTHER nanosecond he will be there. It could have been 10 nanoseconds before or even 17.
