Why do you think so?Because he has superpowers?
I think Spidey would win too but not easily if Nightwing can manage to get a few hits in,he's quite a skilled fighter y'know.

Yea, Nightwing can probably get a good hit or two in. But he's not going to win any of the fights. He just doesn't have what it takes to take out Spiderman.
