Galactus vs Ghost Rider (Fantastic Four cartoon)
Does anyone remember when galactus appeared on the fantastic four cartoon? Well he came out and was about to kill some peeps but then Ghost Rider comes out and does his voodoo magic and kills him or whatever.
Can anyone explain that? What was that all about?

Most of the cartoons are separate from the comics but heres what i believe happened
Galactus had just taken a beat down from Thor right ? . Well anyway ghost rider appeared attracted by someone who had 'destroyed so many lives' and then attacked him with his 'Penance Stare' which causes pain equal to the amount of emotional pain , and since big g had eaten hundreds/millions of planets their are a hell of a lot of people who he has caused emotional pain to.

That was in the cartoon, it's based on FF#243 I think, but in the comics it wasn't Ghost Rider who took him out, it was you-know-who with his own more powerful version of the "Penance Stare".

If he was weak or not, that was a straight up mind ****ing.

He was at his loweest point ever seen in that comic, unless you count when he died.
Anyway, I can't see how the Penance Stare would work, considering how much Galactus considers himself above mortals.

What does physical power have anything to do with being mentally assaulted?
That's the one of a few times Big G got smacked by Strange.
All time favorite line..."He gestures."

When his powers lower, everything does.
I hope your not sugesting the Strange could do that to a full powered Galactus.

Not ONLY am I suggesting it, he's done it.
Strange has one shot K.O'd a fed Galactus and one shot K.O'd his herald in the same comic. Which led to Galactus openly pondering if he could and how much power he'd need to defeat Strange.

The void was PIS, Strange has beaten things that put the Void to shame.
Strange has had trouble fighting Skyfathers a few times, and he's done it easily a few times.
I didn't say he could take Galactus, I said he k.o'd Galactus. But, with prep, he could indeed take Galactus.
Strange has beaten the In Betweener, who is above Galactus.
