Are you joking? You took away Captain's shield but allowed Terry the use of his powers. Terry takes this like a thief.

Why don't you just make a battle between hulk and a crippled frozen wolverine.

If terry has his powers than he wins.
He doesn't he goes down. Maybe not fast and it will be a hard battle but he will go down.

without powers cap takes this 8/10

with 7/10
