Nope. The guy could turn back time, chipped cap's shield with his eye beams(w/ the consolation of Cap dying as well), took on the avengers with an ironman on thorbuster armor easily while being a newbie to odinforce, overwhelmed Desak w/ the destroyer armor (of course with his amulets that absorb god essence/energies), etc.
Guy's clearly a high skyfather
