Opponents start 150 yards away from each other in both rounds.
*Reminder: Bruce's suit is fully functional.
Both heroes are told that if they don't defeat each other The Joker and The Red Skull will release toxic gas into the air and water supplies in Gotham and New York. Weak premise, I know. Just go with it.
Round One: Batman has Ultimate Captain America's complete dossier and 1 hour of prep time pre-battle.
Cap has his shield, one 9mm Parabellum Glock Semi-automatic pistol and an M16 assault rifle, both with hollow point rounds. The only thing he knows about his opponent is that he is extremely skilled in H2H and stealth.
Round Two: Ultimate Captain America has Batman's complete dossier and 90 mins of prep time prior to the battle. In this scenario, he doesn't have his shield, but still has the M 16 assault rifle with hollow point rounds. He also has a built in eye visor and a miniature gas mask both of which are hidden from Bruce's sight.
Batman only knows that his opponent is well within his skill set and is difficult to put down. He gets 30 mins of prep and has standard gear e.g. batarangs, gas pellets, small explosives.
*Batman is allowed to use all of his suit's capabilities in both rounds.
