War Machine-James Rhodes possesses average intelligence and is a highly skilled pilot and hand to hand combatant with military training.
Iron Man armor enables the wearer to lift approximately 70 tons under standard operating conditions. Armors contain various generic and specialized offensive weaponry.

War Machine armor is designed for combat conditions and in addition to upgraded features of an Iron Man armor has both a mini-cannon, mini-gun, a missile payload and helmet-mounted laser sight capable of tracking multiple targets.

Mini-Cannon capable of firing both lethal and non-lethal ordinance including: spent uranium armor-piercing shells, explosive and concussion grenades, high-temperature thermite, tear gas, and tracer, flare and smoke grenades without any adjustments.

Mini-Gun fires spent-uranium armor-piercing round either singularly or at 1000 rounds per second.

Missile payload: Anti-tank, anti-ship, spent uranium core armor-piercing, flame bomb, fire suppressant, smoke, tear gas, radio repeater and a sub-nuclear device.
