Well written Apocalypse vs Atlas,Ultimate Colossus & Thing from 616 Earth

Apocalypse-Apocalypse was one of the most physically powerful beings on Earth. Thanks to the Celestial technology's modifications to his body, he could alter the molecular structure of his body at will in order to change his form. Using this he could alter his appearance or the size of his body; he could, for example, transform his arms and fists into various melee weapons and grant himself superhuman strength. He also can generate energy, thanks to a combination of his mutant power and the Celestial technology in his body. He can use this energy to levitate himself and others, create force fields, project bursts of concussive force, and can augment himself further by drawing on various outside energy sources. Apocalypse also demonstrated the ability to teleport himself and other beings.

Apocalypse was also unaging. Even before being modified by the Celestial ship, he lived for thousands of years and was highly resistant to injury. With the Celestial modifications, this resistance to harm was amplified, although it is still possible, albeit highly difficult, to cause him injury that would not be immediately regenerated by his power. Should he suffer massive injuries that prove potentially fatal, he can enter a coma-like state of suspended animation during which he may recover from his wounds with the assistance of his Celestial technology.

vs

Atlas-Growth: Goliath has growth powers that allow him to grow to a maximum height of 60 Feet. His strength and endurance increase with the growth.
Body Armour: Goliath's irradiated flesh provides him with amazing protection from physical and energy attacks.
Invulnerabilities: Goliath is invulnerable to heat and cold.
Life-Support: Goliath no longer needs food, water and air to live

Colossus-Colossus possesses the ability to transform his entire body into a form of organic steel, named by some sources as analogous to Osmium. In this transformed state, Colossus gains around a foot in height; his mass is at least doubled. The source extra mass is presumably extradimensional.

In in his armored form, Colossus possesses superhuman strength. As a teenager, he was able to lift (press) 70 tons. Now, as a fully grown man, Colossus' strength has proven to be even greater, however the upper limits of his strength are unknown. His steel form also possesses a high degree of invulnerability to conventional injury. Colossus' armored form can withstand falls from great heights, extreme temperatures of both hot and cold, high caliber machine gun shells, and large amounts of explosives without sustaining injury

&

The Thing's strength has increased over the years since his initial exposure to cosmic rays. Originally, the Thing possessed superhuman strength sufficient to lift about 5 tons. His strength has increased considerably over the years, due partially to the unique exercise equipment designed for him by Reed Richards. Currently, the Thing has vast superhuman strength with an upward limit of 85 tons. The Thing's strength is greatly inferior to that of Juggernaut and Hulk, who can lift far beyond the 100 ton level.

The Thing is typically able to hold his own amongst the strongest superhumans due to his indominitable resolve and exceptional fighting skills he learned as a normal human. Grimm has admitted to spending "countless" hours in his campus' boxing ring while in college, and has demonstrated advanced knowledge and skill with that style of fighting. Characters with superhuman strength tend to lack real fighting skills having always had the luxury of relying on brute force alone. He also retains the athletic agility he enjoyed as a football superstar, whereas most characters with vast superhuman strength are physically bulky and awkward.
