Batman, the Dark knight, vs Spider-Woman I, Jessica Drew. Everyone knows about Batsy but he's a little info on Spider-Woman for those who don't know.
Jessica Drew possesses superhuman strength and can lift 7 tons. Her agility, reflexes, endurance, and speed are likewise enhanced. Her hearing is hyper-acute.
She is immune to all forms of toxic substances and radiations. After an initial exposure that usually just makes her dizzy, her metabolism quickly develops an immunity to whatever toxin she came in contact with. She also has the ability to store bioelectricity in her body, which she can release at will in powerful discharges that she calls "venom blasts." She can control the amount of discharge of her "venom blasts" to the degree that they can be enough to stun a person, or if she chooses, she can use lethal force at close range.
Jessica is a highly experienced fighter in many forms of armed and unarmed physical combat including boxing, judo, karate, capoeira, fencing, and many other disciplines, learned from her training under the Taskmaster as a HYDRA assassin and later on as a SHIELD agent. She is also extensively trained in espionage, covert operations, stealth and use of weapons. She is a superb athlete and an Olympic-level gymnast. Due to her HYDRA espionage training, she is fluent in several languages, including Russian, Japanese, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean and German.

Didn't Spiderwoman lose all of her powers to another Spiderowman

She did get her powers absorbed by a Spider-woman Doc Oc made, but since them she had started to gain them back. The she just promply lost them. But she made a deal with Hydra and they restored her powers to even greater levels than they were before.
I'd say Spider-Woman wins, especially after her recent upgrades. She can fly now, so all she has to do is get to where he can't reach, and blast him with some bioelectricty discharges.
batman vs anyone with super powers is pretty much bad writing...that's y i can't stand him...i like the idea of batman and the character...but only in his own realm...i mean seriously, spiderman/spiderwoman...batman has no super strength...if he got webbed in the face he would suffocate and die..he's not strong enough to pull it off. he shouldnt be able to block any punches either because he has weak human bones that would instantly get crushed...1 punch would be like getting hit by a car.
She used to glide like some spider, but she got upgraded.
Its just an excess of bioelectricity she discharges, think spider sting
