No. I just hate the spleedbitz. It's the answer to everything on this forum. Someone even said that the key to Slade defeating Thing would be a speedblitz, and Slade doesn't even have superspeed. Even the word makes me mad, so I altered it.

Even without the dreaded speedblitz Superboy Prime looks like he can kill Superman, he has the Antimonitor in him, in my opinion this fight should never take place, I don't see the challenge, Magneto is way out of his depth. Unless of course he could fry his brain which was stated earlier. Superboy Prime just looks so menacing.. and not to state the obvious but wasn't that the AntiMonitor that stomped Superman out like a ciggarette butt in the Last Adventures of Superman? (play on words) So Magneto is toast.
I'd love to see the whole Slade=speedblitz thing. Sounds funny (because while Deathstroke has enhanced speed, he is definitely not a speedster).

Anyways, about speedblitzing .....as long as it is within a character's repertoire then it is a viable solution to a battle.
For instance when it comes to the Flash that is all he has (even though he can use the SF for other things, for example when he has exhibited energy constructs from the SF, speedblitzing is still his bread and butter) , as is the case for QuickSilver, while characters like Superman/Wonderwoman/MartianManhunter are all capable of extraordinary speeds (and it is one of their more effective weapons).
I'm personally tired of the whole 'Wolverine claw this/Wolverine healing factor that/Spiderman's spidey-sense other' but I would say for them to be removed from a character.
However if someone starts saying that Batman has a healing factor, or that Slade can now sprout claws, or Captain America just developed a spider-sense ....then that is a problem.
I seem to have missed something when I posted this. When did he get the anti-monitor inside him? I thought he just went and got his corpse for luthor. Unless that weird armor he's sporting is the anti-monitor....but isn't the anti-monitor stuck in luthor's tower?
Keep in mind that this kid has pre-crisis Superman's powers. Which means he can toss around planets and possibly travel though time (not to mention punch through dimensional barriers). And considering how hard he seems to be to kill him, even if he stood still I don't know if Magneto could hurt him.

manchester black used his TK to lobotomize superman. and as soon as he foolishly let his attack down to gloat, beucase supes hit the ground superman recovered completley lickety split.....and you mean to tell me that SBP, who has the powers of an adult E-1 superman....THEEEE f ****ing E-1 superman, the one commonly referred to as PC superman is gonna be put down by magneto....riiigghhhttt
