Does Moon Knight have any special powers in the moon? If so it depends.
If not, 10/10 Spidey and Batman. Well. 5/10 Batman and 5/10 Spider-man. They trade off and the other takes a break for half the matches.

Moon Knight against Batman could be close, Moon Knight against Spider-man wouldn't look good for Moon Knight, but both at once? If this isn't when he's basically just Khonshu, he's going down hard.

Konshu doesn't give him strength that could remotely compete with current Spider-man. Batman can just stay in the sidelines.
But on the cool factor, that's a different story cause Finch's MK owns
