I don't know much about the Ulitmate Cap, but I do know that he's way stronger. However, I've heard he's more reactive than proactive. To me, that's not even Captain America. Cap is great at being proactive and reactive, but if he can still fight just as good, and he's stronger, so long as he still has the Captain America edge, he'd take him easily..............
