I say Ironfist/Danny takes this one. He was able to hold his own against Spiderman being dead tired an all. I think Batgirl will make it interesting but Danny would prevail.
Mmm interesting fight, if no holding back he will use the iron fist on her, so he only has to get 1 shot in and shes done, so i think he does it, but he has to get her which i think he can.
She'll read what he's going to so. His body will be basically telling her "I'm going to use a chi attack in about 5 seconds in the direction of that thar' tree!"
She's too damned fast. (She once dodged machine gun fire at point blank range by just moving her neck....) She's going to avoid everyone of his attacks. Every attack Iron Fist makes, Batgirl will just add to her inflated MA knowledge.
Which she will avoid. (Spider-Man sixth sense should've had him avoid every single blow...stupid jobbing) Her ability to "read" body movements is a language to her. Just by standing still, Batgirl will know exactly what he's going to do for the next three minutes the battle lasts. She might as well be psychic.

Think of it this way. Iron Fist is basically battling Neo with telepathy...
She won't be able to copy the Iron Fist move itself...but she probably wins anyway...although Iron fist should not be underestimated. I need to make a Respect thread for him, he has some really cool feats.
No, he's not. Batgirl was about a half-block away from a girl who was sniped by a assassin. She CAUGHT the bullet, grabbed the girl, and disarmed the assassin AFTER the bullet had been fired. That's something Wonder Woman normally does....
No. He doesn't. Not like Batgirl. Body movement is a language to her as much as English is to us. The word "dog" would be equivalent to "I'm going to make a roundhouse kick, followed by a foreward thrust." She would know exactly what he's going to do, before he actually even thinks of doing it. He's battling a girl would know the following in the first three seconds just by LOOKING at him:
A) Every martial art he knows.
B) What his style of attack is
C) What he's going to do
He's battling a near-psychic girl. He can't hit a girl who's gonna know he's going to make that move thirty minutes before he actually makes the move....
Neo is a bit to far LOL, but your saying he wont be able to land one hit on her when he has battled spidey, [jobbing or not] because he will only need one hit if he uses the iron fist.
I seriously think that she won't be able to copy the Iron Fist by just looking at him...Iron Fist needed to plung his fists into the molten heart of Shou-Lao the Undying to get it...
Granted, I'll cede she may not able to...but seriously the girl fired a blue "DBZ" ripoff move in JLE even though she's human. Just by looking at the poor alien MA.
Which is why she was probably kicked off being Batgirl. She's not human. She doesn't belong on the Batsquad. Everything she does is beyond anything the Batcrew could accomplish on their best day...

Ironfist has defeated and fought the Wrecking Crew, destroyed Ghostrider's bike with one kick, held his own against Captain America while he was exahusted and Captian American was going all out, and fought off the entire team of the X-men!
When fighting Spiderman dead tired, Spider-man realized that ironfist didn't have his own version of Spider-sense. That's how good he was at anticipating and dodging attacks.
