Cap.America - Batman - Punisher - Green Arrow - - Face The Nation
This happens while Lex Luthor is still the U.S President.
Luthor plots a conspiacy to Fram Batman,Cap.America,Green Arrow and the Punisher of a high political crime and Treason...calling them traitors on live News T.V.
Cap.America,Batman,Green Arrow and Punisher are all in California on a Mission , when they hear on a T.V, news that word is out that Lex Luthor is Forming a Nation wide manhunt for the capture of all 4 of them....Lex wants them dead or alive for tere crimes.
Lex has formed a team of bounty hunters to hunt them down, they are..Led by Deathstroke... Cap.Cold, Bane, Cap.Boomerang, Toyman and David Cain
plus all local law inforcement in the nation are to be on high alert and lookout........
Lex has ordered the National Guard to petroling the mountain time zone of the counrty.
And the U.S Armey to petroling the Central Time zone of the U.S
Plus the U.S Marines to Petroling the East coast......
The White House is heavily guarded by U.S Special forces. That is where Lex is hiding and wont leave untill he has news Deathstroke or his top majors that the manhunter to over with the capture or death of all 4.
Note: The only way for Cap,Bats,Ollie and Pun to survive and end the heat on them, is to get to Lex and make him talk and confess to the conspiacy.
Everyone here only has there standard equimpment...also no outside help..for Cap,Bats,Ollie and Pun
They can go to there home bases to regroup. Just remember that there in California when the nation wide hunt starts.
If Frank listens to Cap, and takes orders from him, the team has a pretty good chance of winning.
These four are perhaps the best street-level heroes in the business.
Getting through to the President will be tough. But Steve and Frank are both top-notch professional soldiers. Steve is also an expert tactician and strategist. Frank has the will to do the dirty work. Ollie is a good wild-card. And Bruce is a master with prep, even without access to his weaponary, he can scrounge it from what's around him.
I'd give them 6/10 at getting next to Lex and making him talk.....Maybe
Punisher can get to the President, he has done it before. Their wasnt a nationwide manhunt for him at the time though......
